Security Deposits/Travel Fees
Mobile spa parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time, which will be applied toward the total cost of your event.
The remaining balance must be paid 1-2 weeks before the party using PayPal, Square, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, or any other major debit/credit card.
We do not accept cash or checks.
For all bookings outside the Wichita area, a minimum $95 travel fee will be applied.
Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC travels up to a 15-mile radius outside of Wichita; however, we reserve the right to decline travel if we determine the location is too far for our staff to accommodate safely and effectively.

Entertainment Services Disclaimer
All services provided by Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Our team members are NOT licensed cosmetologists and do not provide professional salon services. Activities are designed to be age-appropriate, safe, and fun for children, with a focus on creating a magical and memorable experience.
Age Range
Our services are designed for children aged 5-13 years old. We cannot accommodate children aged 4 and under due to safety, suitability of services, and our commitment to maintaining high-quality experiences.
Travel Fee
Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC will travel within 15 miles of Wichita, Kansas. Anything outside of 25 miles a flat fee of $95 will be accessed. Please contact us for details. Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC reserves the right to decline services if travel exceeds acceptable limits.

Reservation Requirements
All bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. This deposit will be applied to your total event cost, but please note that all payments, including deposits and final balances, are strictly non-refundable. Until the deposit is received, your requested date and time will not be held or confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to the event via major credit or debit card, PayPal, Square, Stripe, Apple Pay, or electronic transfer through our secure payment system.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event of client cancellation, all payments made will be forfeited. However, a one-time rescheduling option is available if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled event, subject to availability.
Guest Count Policy
The final guest count must be provided one week prior to the event. Refunds or credits will not be issued if fewer guests attend than the final confirmed count.
If additional guests are present on the day of the event, the customer will be billed for each additional guest. This policy is strictly enforced.
Preparedness
All parties are prepared for the number of guests listed on the reservation form at the time of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure accuracy when submitting guest information to avoid service disruptions.
Allergies and Waivers
The host is responsible for notifying guests of any food allergies and must provide alternative food options if necessary. Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC does not assume responsibility or liability for allergies or reactions resulting from food, products, or treatments used during the event.
All waiver and release forms must be signed by the host and parents of participating guests and submitted before the event date.
Event Setup and Timing
Hosts must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time. The setup area should be clear and accessible to allow our team to prepare the space.
Parties are scheduled for a fixed duration to respect other clients, and time extensions are not available unless pre-arranged and confirmed.
Right to Refuse Service
Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time if any policy terms are violated, if guests engage in unsafe or inappropriate behaviors, or if circumstances arise that impact our ability to deliver a safe and high-quality experience.
Photo/Media Release
By booking with Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and marketing materials. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
Liability Waiver
Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during the event. All activities are designed to be safe and age-appropriate; however, participation is at your own risk.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC reserves the right to reschedule the event for safety reasons. The deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled date, subject to availability.
